All Reservations will be charged a 20% fee for the drivers wage. * Please note this is an industry standard and all though most company's call it gratuity it is not a tip it is the drivers base wage.

Most limousine company's book there cars at their rate plus 20% gratuity, or chauffeur's fee. The use of the word gratuity miss leads most customers to thinking they are tipping the driver in advance, when in fact the 20% is the drivers base wage. This is what the company pays the driver for their hard work, they DO NOT get a hourly wage at most company's. So please take good care of your chauffeur they work hard for you! We DO NOT charge a 5% fuel charge like some company's, and we will not charge 25% chauffeur's fee or use the word gratuity to miss lead you!

When you are being picked up at Midway Airport or the Downtown / Loop area always be sure to place your reservation a minimum of 60 minutes in advance to allow sufficient time for your taxi to arrive. Advance reservations at all Airports is required. Upon arrival at airports, you MUST call our phone AFTER receiving your luggage so we can provide you with your unit and door number as well as instructions on where to wait. It is against the law to dispatch a suburban taxi into the terminals without a call in. There is a no curb and no waiting policy at Airports.
